Vince Hand is by far the greatest technician Acura has ever employed. 10/10
The service department is the best part of the Turnersville experience. I love Ryan and Jim and I miss John over there. Thru are always looking out for us when we come over for service and they are very professional. Sometimes we buy cars from there and sometimes we don't depends on the managers that they have and how motivated they are to work with us, but we always take our cars there for service. Giving 4 stars for service only!

1/17/19- Update- Went in for my second time for needed my car serviced and still received wonderful service. Ryan Campbell is always so fast, efficient, and friendly. Took care of my TSX and got me in and out in no time. This place still stays true to my original post, and I will always make the 30 mile trek to the dealership. I also want to shout out to Doug Kovalak, they mechanic who works on my TSX for really performing the quality work on my car. I had to have my heated seat switch changed which involved removing some interior trim panels. Doug was so careful and neat, it looks like new. I have had my car to other dealerships a long time ago, and in times, I have received my car back with interior scratches, or missing clips, not these guys! I can tell Doug really took pride in keeping my interior mint. I so appreciate it, and so appreciate how Ryan and Doug are real car enthusiasts and really know how to treat their customers and their customer's cars. Keep up the good work guys and when people ask me where I take my Acura for service, I proudly tell them Turnersville! What an awesome experience. I came across Acura of Turnersville last Sunday when I was driving to the shore and my car needed to be towed due to a seized brake caliper. I wasn't from the area, so I did a quick search on my phone, and it was the closet dealer to where I was located. Well, am I sure glad my car was towed here, what a pleasant surprise on how professional, courteous, and accommodating the service staff at Turnersville Acura was!I want to first thank Mr. Ryan Campbell, my service advisor, on his professionalism, communication, and and knowledge. Being 30 miles from the dealership, he kept me in the loop, gave me advice, and notified me on future services that would be recommended. He truly cares about his customers ,and his knowledge of the Acura product really shows. Secondly, I want to thank Mr. Doug Kovalak. He was the Acura technician who work on my car. When I had questions after the work was completed, he personally came out and showed me what was done and tips on maintaining my car in the future. Doug's experience with the Acura/Honda brand really showed during our conversation, and instantly I was put at ease knowing my car was fixed correctly. Third, I want to thank Mr. Kenny Roig, the detailer at Turnersville Acura. While my car was in for service, I decided treat my car to the headlight restoration. My car is 8 years old and the headlights were starting to fade. Kenny performed this service to my car and now my car looks like it belongs in the showroom of this dealership. This is truly and art, and now my car looks brand new. He also took the time to bring my car to the service bay to show me what it looks like. This is what quality service is about, and during our conversations together, it shows the knowledge Kenny has of the Acura product too.All three of them are true car enthusiasts, and being one myself, I know they truly care about their customer's cars and the service provided. Keep up the good work, and now I will continue going forward to drive 30 miles to this dealership for my Acura's needs.
